Reporting to the Clinical Manager and Lifestyle Coordinator , you will play a key role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through a diverse range of individual and group activities . You will collaborate with a supportive team committed to continuous improvement for residents and their families—always upholding dignity, independence, and person‑centred care. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in a similar lifestyle or recreation role in aged care Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care (or equivalent) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Genuine empathy for older adults and their families Demonstrated knowledge of the AN‑ACC funding framework Familiarity with Autumn Care (highly regarded, not essential) Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (completed or in progress) We Offer Supportive, caring workplace with a focus on staff wellbeing Comprehensive on‑the‑job and online training tailored to your role Real career growth within a family‑focused organisation dedicated to ageing well Essential Requirements All applicants must consent to a pre‑employment medical assessment.
