About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery, balancing creative ambition with operational precision. This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable in client meetings and production rooms, able to connect creative ideas to clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You’ll collaborate with the Founder and creative teams across strategy, production, and brand development, helping drive the creative output and business growth of Odd Assembly’s Shanghai studio. What You’ll Do Lead and manage creative projects from brief to delivery across film, digital, and experiential formats. Support creative development and concept shaping alongside the Founder. Oversee production timelines, resourcing, and budgets. Collaborate with internal and external partners including clients, talent, and crew. Ensure creative quality and operational efficiency across all projects. Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives within the company. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in creative production, agency, or brand environments. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex creative projects. Strong organisational, communication, and budgeting skills. A creative mindset with an understanding of cultural trends and storytelling. Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
