Sprout Social is looking for a highly driven, collaborative, and tech‑savvy Corporate Account Executive with strong business acumen to join our Sales team, based in New South Wales or Victoria, Australia. What You’ll Do Prospect, develop and close sales opportunities with new logos and existing corporate customers. Consistently meet and exceed activity goals (prospecting and meetings) to build a strong pipeline and achieve quota. Build deep relationships within your book of business, multi‑threading with executive or VP level and end‑user engagement. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a customer‑centric, business‑savvy Account Executive. Minimum qualifications: 3+ years of closing experience in B2B sales. Proven success selling/cross‑selling to commercial organisations (400‑1000 global employees) in the ANZ market. Ability to manage multiple prospects, identify needs and consultatively present solutions. Track record in driving net new business. Preferred qualifications: SaaS experience preferred. Exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills (phone, email, demos/webinars). Experience building relationships and selling to senior decision makers across functions. How You’ll Grow Within 1 month: Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training and onboarding. Define key success metrics with the Manager of Customer Commercialisation. Shadow teams and listen to customer calls and demos. Learn Sprout’s go‑to‑market messaging and value propositions. Complete training on Sprout’s sales process and certifications. Within 3 months: Fully ramped as a Corporate Executive. Manage a qualified lead pipeline and generate pipeline with key accounts. Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline and new business metrics. Research customer brand, culture and KPIs to provide value and become a trusted advisor. Within 6 months: Consistently meet activity goals to maintain a strong pipeline and quota attainment. Become a Sprout Social and social media expert, speaking confidently about trends and platform enhancements. Within 12 months: Continually surpass monthly activity, pipeline and new business metrics.
