We're looking for a hands‑on Manager / Caretaker to oversee one of our 4‑star apartment hotels in Dandenong, Melbourne . This is a live‑in or live‑out role managing 20 rooms. About Us Central Apartment Group operates 24 apartment hotels across Australia , with our head office in Brisbane. About the Role This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and is ready to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations. You'll be involved in all aspects of the business, including: Managing caretaking duties and minor maintenance Overseeing housekeeping and front office tasks Liaising with Head Office and Owners Corporation You’ll receive ongoing support and professional development from a Melbourne‑based Regional Manager, giving you independence with structured guidance. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Manager / Caretaker or Housekeeper cross‑trained on front desk Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a genuine passion for hospitality This role can be live‑in or live‑out , but flexibility and a willingness to immerse yourself in all aspects of operations are essential.
