About the Role As a Sports Trader Operator - Soccer, you’ll be at the heart of our Soccer portfolio, managing live trading events across major leagues such as the World Cup, Major League Soccer, Australian A-League, and Brazilian Serie A. Using our proprietary trading models, you’ll ensure pricing efficiency, control risk, and drive performance insights to secure long-term success. What You’ll Do Operate live trading on multiple soccer leagues, applying sharp analytical skills in real-time Monitor and manage risk with precision during high-stakes events Set and track Global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with global teams to share expertise and shape the future of our Soccer products Take ownership of product development to support continuous growth Who You Are Open, curious, and eager to dig deep for game-changing insights Calm and focused under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments Motivated with a growth mindset, always pushing to learn and improve Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills Strong mathematical aptitude with an understanding of wagering and risk management Familiarity with the wagering industry or Sportsbet products is a big plus Passion for sports and a knack for problem-solving Ready to contribute and grow within a global industry leader Why You’ll Love Working Here Along with a competitive salary, we will also provide you with: 25 days annual leave (a whole extra week of holidays) Genuine flexible working Development budget to send you to conferences, events, courses and other learning opportunities.
