Franca Design is a natural stone material supplier with an emphasis on Architecture and Design, we are looking for a Showroom & Sales Consultant to join the Franca La Familia and work within our Sunshine Coast based Slab Room. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy with a high attention to detail and competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. Essential Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities Proactively engage with architects, designers, builders, contractors and sub-contractors. Willingness to learn our product range (Stone collection) and understand the intricacies around natural stone; confident to demonstrate knowledge to clients and industry leaders. Meet and greet clients entering our Slab Room, providing a professional & warm sales experience with our Franca Flair. Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation. Follow up customer quotations with a view to securing sales. Design, develop and assist with the Casa Range, product brochures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software required for managing sales processes and client documentation. Maintain client document database (architects, designers, builders). Manage and maintain sales funnel. 10 cold calls/office visits per month. Follow up project leads from Director, BDM, staff. Develop trusted relationships to ensure we are the first‑choice supplier for our clients. Support the Social Media Manager by obtaining project photos when our material is specified or ensuring a direct contact for the BDM to follow up. Issue supply quotes to all customers, recording the full sales process through our CRM System Pipedrive & following procedures. Perform general administrative duties such as office reception, answering/directing calls & taking messages, placing stationary orders & workplace amenities, data entry, customer service. Organise/sending meeting requests, attending meetings, taking minutes, managing warehouse deliveries/pickups and calendar entries. Manage info/sales email address and respond to issuing of emails. Education & Experience Interior Design qualification and experience highly regarded, Administration/Business degree or equivalent tertiary qualification; or a minimum of two years’ experience within a similar role or retail experience. Australian citizenship is required for this position. Work Environment The employee will be based primarily in an office environment (our Slab Room locations are Brisbane, Byron & Sunshine Coast) but the candidate will be required to attend external appointments or site‑related tasks regularly & from time to time visit our Sunshine Coast Slabroom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
