D365 Technical Consultant Permanent Role | Brisbane CBD | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role This is a permanent opportunity to join a collaborative internal Business Applications team, responsible for supporting and evolving enterprise systems built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing enhancements, resolving issues, improving performance and ensuring seamless system integrations across the organisation. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, testers and IT operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve user experience, operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test and maintain Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power Platform, and Power Pages solutions. Build and refine custom workflows, plugins, scripts, and system integrations. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps. Manage cross-system integrations, including Azure Data Factory where applicable. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Testers to deliver within sprint cycles. Participate in Agile ceremonies: refinement, sprint planning, stand‑ups, showcases and retros. Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records and as‑built detail. Stay current with the Microsoft technology roadmap and proactively recommend improvements. About You 5+ years’ experience as a D365 Technical Consultant or similar role. Strong development experience across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Pages and related technologies. Proficient in Azure DevOps, solution lifecycle management and deployment processes. Skilled in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, APIs and associated Microsoft cloud technologies. Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small, high‑performing team. Highly Regarded Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, AZ-400) or willingness to pursue them. Experience supporting Power Apps Portals / Power Pages front‑ends.
