Join to apply for the D365 Functional Consultant role at GALE Pacific Limited 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Role Overview We’re searching for a D365 Functional Technical Consultant who is as comfortable talking strategy with senior leaders as they are deep in solution design with technical teams. With Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations already rolled out across our business, you will help us take the next leap of optimising and evolving the platform across Finance, Supply Chain, & Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver optimisation initiatives across D365 F&O module Run discovery workshops, translate requirements into practical design, and produce clear solution documentation Configure and refine processes across procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, logistics, planning, forecasting, and finance Oversee and manage our Data Lake and reporting tool integration (including Power BI) Provide support functionality to EDI and work alongside our EDI vendor Provide architectural input and help shape technical decisions that support long-term business outcomes Partner with project managers to plan resources and ensure smooth project delivery Guide testing cycles, coordinate UAT, and ensure successful go-lives Deliver training and support teams in adopting new or improved processes Support ongoing enhancements and stay on top of new D365 features and capabilities Provide expertise and guidance to all levels of the business as the D365 SME Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar Extensive experience with D365 Finance & Operations with strong supply chain and finance functional capability Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git Experience working with Microsoft ISV’s and integrating these applications or platforms Ability to document functional specifications and business process flows Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Azure/Cloud services Benefits & Culture GALE Safe - Focused safety culture and practices Supportive leadership and connected team environment Opportunities for professional learning and development Braeside location with modern facilities and onsite parking Flexible working supported with WFH days Paid Parental Leave Program Access to comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellbeing support Novated Leasing About GALE Pacific GALE Pacific celebrates our 75th anniversary in 2026.
