As a D365 CE Functional Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Youll play a key role in the design configuration and delivery of CRM capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Services. Your Opportunity Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather and document business requirements. Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Services. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and customisation. Your Experience 35 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations. Strong understanding of CRM business processes and best practices. Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or MB-210 are highly desirable. Prior consulting experience in a client‑facing role. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Experience in sectors such as government, education or financial services. Conduct functional testing, user training and support go‑live activities.
