Videographer

We’re expanding and searching for a talented and experienced Videographer/Photographer to join our team and produce top-tier social video content for various projects, including promotional videos, corporate events, commercials, social media videos, campaigns, etc. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair and the technical know-how to bring concepts to life. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Content Creation: Plan, prepare for, and shoot high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms using an iPhone and a camera. Video Production: Demonstrated proficiency in videography, including shooting, lighting, editing, and directing, with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Plan, prepare, shoot, and direct high-quality videos on location and in-house that align with client values and resonate with target audiences. Still Photography: Proven ability to capture high-quality still photographs for various purposes, including product photography, portraits and event coverage. Understand and apply composition, lighting and editing principles to deliver compelling images. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive content creation strategies/plans aligned with overall business objectives across various industries. Creative Technology: Familiarity with project management and marketing operations tools like Adobe Pro, AI, and Google Slides. Editing: Utilise industry-leading editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc. to assemble final video projects. Enhance content with carefully selected music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects. Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the editing process and consistently meet project deadlines. Design and Marketing: Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital-first design, accessibility standards, and photography/videography. Tech Savvy: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging posts. Self-sufficiency: Motivated self-starter who can work independently and asynchronously in a fast-paced environment, delivering on time, every time.
