Our Purpose, Your Impact The Family Support worker assists and facilitates in building respectful and professional relationships with separated families and ensures that children feel safe and supported during contact visits through role modelling and positive encouragement. As part of the Children's Contact Service (CCS) team, the Family Support Worker helps in ensuring families are achieving their intended goals.
