Service/Warranty Advisor - Hunter Valley We're looking for a Service/Warranty Advisor to join our high-performing team in McDougalls Hill (Singleton) . This role blends customer service, technical coordination, and warranty administration – perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be the key link between our workshop, field service teams and customers – managing bookings, processing warranty claims, and ensuring every customer receives world‑class service and support. In this role you will: Provide first‑class customer support at the service counter and over the phone. Manage service bookings, job opening/closing and invoicing in line with company standards. Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs and completion times. Prepare and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently. Maximise service sales by identifying additional products and maintenance opportunities. Liaise with technicians, service supervisors and parts interpreters to ensure smooth workflow. Contribute to a safe, collaborative and customer‑focused team environment. About you: Previous experience in a Service Advisor or a similar customer‑facing technical role. Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Excellent communicator – confident, clear and customer‑focused. A team player who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment. Knowledge of MTU, Detroit Diesel or Allison products (advantageous).
