Baytech Plumbing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in our Melbourne, Victoria office. This full‑time position will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing/ building maintenance services to our diverse range of commercial and residential customers, specialising in Body Corporate maintenance in and around Melbourne CBD. What you’ll be doing Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance tasks on high rise residential buildings, shopping centres, offices blocks Diagnose and repair all facets of plumbing & general building maintenance, from roof repairs, hot & cold‑water services, fire service, sewer and stormwater repairs, blocked drains, water proofing & leak detection Provide emergency plumbing services as needed, including responding to callouts outside of regular business hours Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure all plumbing work is completed to the highest standard Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns in a timely manner Keep accurate records of all completed work and maintain detailed job reports Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations What we’re looking for Formal plumbing qualification, such as a Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent Experience as a qualified plumber, preferably in a maintenance or service role Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours for emergency callouts A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle What we offer At Baytech Plumbing, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
