We are a family practice where our clinicians and clinic teams deliver high-quality primary health care and a personal approach to all patients. About the role We are seeking a nurse who can work well as part of a team as well as the confidence to work independently when required. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, caring in nature, professional and well organised. A sound background in patient care is essential to support our patients, doctors and team. Duties will include all aspects of general practice nursing both clinical and Chronic Disease Management. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate a can-do attitude, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, show initiative and strive for high standards. We are seeking individuals who are flexible for regular work with the ability to cover leave when required. In return, the successful candidate will enjoy a great team environment and be supported with regular educational opportunities. Working with a passionate team Supported by our dedicated clinical and administration team, you will work with other practice nurses who are equally passionate about health care. What you will bring Previous general practice experience would be advantageous. You will see change as an opportunity to improve and grow and be looking for a role where you can make a difference. Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties including; immunisations, wound care management, assisting with minor surgical procedures, maintaining patient records, and effectively managing the recall process.
