About the Role As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse , you will work within your clinical scope to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-focused care. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their healthcare journey and contribute to improved health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conducting health assessments, completing care plans, and supporting chronic disease management Assisting with clinical procedures as required Supporting immunisations, wound care, and preventative health initiatives Managing patient care in line with best practice and clinical guidelines Providing education, support, and follow-up to patients Working autonomously within a supportive team environment Both RN and EN applicants will receive a comprehensive induction and training program, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and well-prepared in your role. You'll receive: Full orientation and practice induction Online compliance and skills-based learning Ongoing mentorship from experienced nursing and clinical leaders Access to our in-house learning platform for continued professional development What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements (RN & EN) Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) Current vaccination and immunisation compliance Experience in General Practice, Immunisation, Occupational Health, Chronic Disease Management, or Antenatal Care (highly regarded) Ability to multitask and perform confidently in a fast-paced clinical environment Intermediate computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong commitment to patient-centred care, ethical conduct, and clinical best practice Additional Scope Expectations Registered Nurses (RN): Work at an advanced clinical scope, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide higher-level clinical decision-making. Enrolled Nurses (EN): Work under the direction and delegation of Registered Nurses while contributing to care plans, assessments, and daily clinical tasks.
