We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and drive high‑quality clinical care across the practice — with a strong focus on Chronic Disease Management and service improvement. This is a pivotal role for a motivated RN who enjoys leading others, improving systems, and making a difference in the lives of patients with complex and ongoing health needs. About the Role As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high‑quality care. You will work closely with our GPs, allied health team, and practice leadership to support excellent patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring the nursing and clinical support team Overseeing chronic disease management programmes, GPCCMPs and health assessments Managing immunisations, wound care, triage, and other clinical services Ensuring quality, safety, infection control and accreditation standards are maintained Streamlining clinical processes and supporting practice improvement initiatives Coordinating rosters, staff development, and training Maintaining clinical supplies, cold chain, and equipment Supporting patient flow, patient experience, and clinical communication across the practice This role suits an organised, proactive, and confident nurse leader who enjoys working collaboratively within a busy general practice environment. About You We’re looking for someone who brings both strong clinical skills and a passion for leadership.
