The role will be responsible for an existing portfolio of clients while also looking to grow market share and create new business opportunities. Maximise the sales revenue for the desk by providing FX solutions to the target client baseDrive franchise revenue growth, working with structuring and trading to identify and effectively cross-sell all our productsBuild and maintain relationships with clients, Relationship and product partners to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of the client portfolioWork with stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding, dealing and settlement, as well as identify process improvementsCollaborate with the Commercial FX team to identify risk management product opportunitiesEnsure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirementsAssist Commercial FX team in deal entry processesContinuous improvement of business systems and processesDemonstrate high level of engagement and performance and support engagement and performance in other team membersEnsure adherence with Markets dealing and distribution mandates, suitability frameworks, governance and conduct policies, processes and standardsEnsure adherence with external regulatory requirementsRole model the ANZ values and behaviours and promote a culture that supports our purposeWhat will you bring?
