We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and well-presented Team Leader to join our exceptional front-of-house team at Strathfield Golf Club, a standout venue within the Fresh Collective portfolio. This is a part-time role with flexible hours across weekdays and weekends. The Kiosk is open 7 days a week from 7amâ3pm, with the Bistro operating daily for lunch and dinner. What We Offer Part-time position with regular hours Free onsite parking Chef’s selection meal included for shifts over 6 hours Friendly, professional team environment Staff discounts across all Fresh Collective venues Career development opportunities with a growing hospitality group The Role As a Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of the coffee service area while assisting the Venue Manager in leading the retail service teams. You’ll play a key role in supervising junior staff, training new team members, and maintaining a high standard of service across both the Kiosk and Bistro. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-volume, consistently high-quality coffee Lead the barista station while supporting a collaborative team culture Provide outstanding service to members and guests Assist the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations across front-of-house Support with onboarding and training new staff Supervise junior team members and provide on-the-job guidance Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service area Accurately take orders and process transactions Assist with basic food preparation and onsite functions Help manage stock levels and ordering for beverages About You At least 12 months’ experience working as a barista Confident in fast-paced service with strong attention to detail â latte art a plus Comfortable supervising and supporting a small team Great communicator with a proactive attitude Well-presented, reliable, and efficient Holds a current NSW RSA and valid Australian working rights Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
