This energy efficient and environmentally sustainable building has been designed to ensure we can meet the care needs of the local community now and into the future. BaptistCare Griffith is an innovative and modern looking facility built to cater for people with low care, high care and dementia care needs. All our rooms feature ensuites; the facility also offers extra services. As a Carer you will enhance residents’ lives with compassionate care. By understanding their needs and preferences you create meaningful connections that support their well‑being. You will assist with personal and daily care maintaining dignity and respecting routines with the support of your team. Duties may include : Assistance with a wide range of person‑centred care in accordance with care plans Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing Assistance with activities under supervision Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love About You : Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent Be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner A born listener – you’re genuinely curious to know and understand people Your care skills are driven by compassion and your positive attitude is contagious You rally your team even on challenging days to problem‑solve, connect and overcome About Us : We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
