Assignment Details 12‑month assignment with possibility of extension $750 per day plus super Hybrid working PERSOL is one of Australia's largest and longest‑serving recruitment providers. We deliver both quality temporary and permanent options, specialising in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent. We are currently hiring a Data & Analytics Power BI Developer to join our global client’s Enterprise Data Team. Responsibilities Promote and support teams’ continuous improvement in quality and delivery output. Utilise functional knowledge to translate business requirements into viable solutions, participating in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of data solutions. Develop Power BI dashboards from business requirements and functional design documents, end‑user manuals and business glossary. Use Power BI visuals to enable insights and analytics. Maintain regular and effective internal customer engagement to build strong partnerships with stakeholders. Collaborate with business units, project managers and project teams responsible for IT delivery and services. Provide realistic estimates of the time required to complete specific tasks. Support the Data & Analytics Teams to build positive working relationships with stakeholders and ensure their optimal engagement and contribution. Work with the wider IT teams to maintain positive relationships with the business, identifying customer needs and ensuring the Data delivery team can meet these needs. Actively participate in Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Demos/Reviews and Retrospectives. Experience Required 3‑5 years of demonstrated experience in related fields, ideally BI, Data Warehouse and Analytics solutions. Programming concepts, knowledge of SQL and DAX queries. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools. Working knowledge of data warehouse design concepts. Ability to build reporting and visualization in Power BI (a must).
