You'll have the freedom to build and grow our sales processes from the ground up, with full support from our management team. Generating new business through cold calls, walk-ins and client visits Building and maintaining relationships with builders, real estate agents, facility managers, and homeowners Creating and promoting custom service packages and deals Representing Gilmour Plumbing & Gas with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride Helping shape our sales strategy, tools, and systems as we grow What We're Looking For We want someone who's hungry for success, confident in their communication and loves being on the road meeting new people. You'll bring: Proven experience in sales or business development.
