About the role Our team members are the face of Bunnings – always ready to give it a red‑hot go They provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. Whether it’s finding the right product or sharing expert tips, our team is here to help every step of the way. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role. Responsibilities Provide customers with the best experience across the store Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers Join a supportive, inclusive team that makes a difference in the community and has fun doing it Who we’re looking for A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm An ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store Commitment to act with integrity, be safe and do your best Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends) Application Process Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes) If successful, complete an online video interview (15 minutes) If you’re a match, receive an invitation to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes) You’ll be part of a workplace where you feel like you belong.
