Multiquip Poultry is a national company proudly dedicated to supporting Australia's Poultry Industry. We manage the transportation of live birds from farms to processing facilities, along with the movement of eggs and fully grown birds. We are currently seeking 1 x full-time HC Driver for Refrigerated Freight operations between Minchinbury and Newcastle. This position is Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. Start time is 5.00am at Minchinbury depot. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a fridge van to transport goods Assist with loading and unloading tasks as needed Comply with all safety regulations and fatigue management standards Maintain accurate records of work and rest hours Complete daily vehicle pre-checks and report faults promptly Report any incidents or accidents in a timely manner About You Hold a current HC driver’s licence Experienced in refrigerated transport operations Hold BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) accreditation or willing to obtain Knowledgeable about Chain of Responsibility requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles in a similar role Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Modern, well‑maintained fleet Competitive wages, including shift allowances and overtime pay Industry‑specific training provided To be considered for this role, you must provide a copy of your Driving Record.
