Apply now Job no: JR Work type: PermanentLocation: Shepparton Private HospitalCategories: Management, Administration/Support Services Health Information Manager Join our Health Information Services and Clinical Coding team as a Health Information Manager Permanent full-time or part-time position available for the right candidate The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our health information team and provide a service in all aspects of health information management, including coding, data reporting, quality projects, privacy and medico legal support. The opportunity exists to access our flexible work arrangements whilst also joining an excellent team. You will be supported onsite by the Director of Finance & Patient Administration Manager. You will also have access to a national network of Health Information Managers, Clinical Documentation Specialists and Clinical Coding Education and Auditing experts. About You You will be a Health Information Manager with highly developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability engage and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels.A passion for coding our breadth of admissions is also a key function of the role. You will also bring: Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent Membership (or eligible) with the HIMAA Clinical coding experience required – minimum 3yrs tertiary Proven ability to work in a team environment Ability to work independently to achieve results Self-motivated in learning and the development of others Advanced data collection and analysis skills using Excel Remuneration Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
