The Role As a Support Worker in our shared living teams across Northern Beaches, you’ll be the first friendly face clients see each day. You’ll help them get ready, set goals, and step into their day with confidence. From personal care to community adventures, you’ll be part of the magic that makes supports matter. What You’ll Be Doing Morning Motivator: Support clients with their morning routines, breakfast, and daily prep. Skill Builder: Help build independence through everyday tasks and life skills. Community Connector: Get clients out and about—appointments, programs, or just a good walk. Behaviour Supporter: Follow personalised plans with empathy and consistency. Admin Extraordinaire: Keep notes tidy and communication flowing. Team Player: Work closely with families and fellow support workers to keep things smooth. Who You Are You’ve already got hands‑on experience in disability support. You’re confident providing personal care and supporting individuals with behaviours of concern. You bring resilience, empathy, and a positive, can‑do attitude to every shift. Studying or holding a Certificate in Community Services? That’s a big plus and shows your commitment to the field.
