Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities. We are recruiting for both Aboriginal (caring for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders) and non-Identified custmers within Home Health Aged care services ; seeking Home Care Support Workers in Eastgardens and surrounding areas including - Eastlakes, Rosebery, Eastgardens, South Coogee Botany, Mascot, Kingsford, Kensington, Randwick, Chifley, Daceyville, Little Bay, Pagewood, Matraville, Maroubra, Hillsdale, La Perouse, Port Botany, Philip Bay , Sydney City, Haymarket, Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills,Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Dover Heights, Bondi. What’s On Offer Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability) $31.13 - $34.93 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time Stable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and Uniform – ready when you join us A fully supportedand paid Induction program Fitness Passport - a discounted gym membership program (for eligible employees and their families) Your New Role Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc. Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc. Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Key Requirements Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday We welcome applicants that have the below experience and/or a qualification Disability Support Worker Community Services/ Mental Health worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we’d love to hear from you For any further information, please contact Diti on simply apply today.
