We're looking for a Roadside Responder/Auto Technician – Gold Coast, QLD Bring energy to people in need: your opportunity to shine In this role, you’ll be the hero of someone’s bad day. As the friendly face of Club Assist, you’ll provide professional, supportive roadside assistance to members and customers of a local motoring club in Toowoomba. If you’re an auto electrician or mechanic who’s great with customers and who enjoys being on the road, this role is for you Qualifications & Skills Self starter with a can‑do attitude Qualified mechanic/automotive electrician, with a Motor Vehicle Trade Certificate Current unrestricted QLD Driver’s Licence Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge, not mandatory but desirable Available for weekend or evening work Reliable, organised, punctual and detail‑oriented Committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards Responsibilities Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside, and sell and install batteries, as required Provide trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers Deliver and promote our services, efficiently and professionally Account for all stock movements on a daily basis Ensure our policies and processes, including financial and administrative records, are kept up to date Maintain cleanliness and working order of all Roadside Assistance company vehicles, facilities, tools and equipment, and report any faults or damage About Us Club Assist APAC are specialists in battery sourcing, storage and installation.
