About the role We have an exciting full‑time opportunity in our Sydney office for a Junior Lawyer to join our Medical Negligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a career with a national mid‑tier firm. The successful candidate will work with two highly regarded Partners who are recognised for their expertise by Doyle’s Guide, Best Lawyers and the Legal 500. Representing a variety of doctors and health institutions, the work covers a wide range of medical defence work including civil liability, intentional torts, disciplinary, coronial and hospital inquiries. About you To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in civil litigation, preferably in defendant medical negligence, or disciplinary or employment law with strong academic achievement. We invite applications from candidates from Graduates to those with up to 2 years' PAE.
