A fully‑equipped gym on the first floor offers private memberships for clients to continue their rehab and exercise programs independently between appointments. Location Dubbo: a relaxed regional city with cleaner air, friendly people, and plenty of walking and cycling tracks. Dubbo serves as the hub of the West with regular flights to major cities. About the Role You will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Deliver evidence‑based therapy for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post‑operative rehabilitation. Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care. Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions. Support community‑based initiatives and health promotion programmes where required. Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards. Develop and strengthen client relationships to support long‑term health outcomes. Professional Development Professional development is a priority here, with regular in‑services, mentoring from senior physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in‑house and external Pilates training. You’ll enjoy a diverse caseload that includes: Acute musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injuries. Post‑operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. Hand therapy and work injuries. NDIS clients, as well as floor and studio Pilates. About You Success in this role requires a motivated professional with a strong commitment to providing high‑quality patient care. Excellent communication skills and an empathetic nature allow you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike. A solid foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices, continued interest in professional development, and ability to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions are essential.
