About the Role Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and service delivery? Compass Group is seeking a dedicated Accommodation & Facilities Manager to manage and improve accommodation and facilities operations on site. As the Accommodation & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance. You’ll lead a diverse team, manage budgets and supplies, and drive continuous improvement across all functions. Oversee accommodation and facilities services to ensure consistent operational excellence Establish and manage stock control systems, orders, and supply processes Develop and maintain staff rosters to meet operational requirements Respond to member enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Manage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Prepare regular performance and operational reports About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within facilities, accommodation, or related services Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous) Certification in facilities or accommodation management (advantageous) Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to facilities and accommodation Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering quality service Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (includes satisfactory Australian Federal Police check) Why Compass?
