City of Melbourne, Österreich The Dirt Company Vollzeit

About the Company For the last eight years, The Dirt Company has been focussed on bringing sustainable, design‑led and modern solutions to a very boring product category – laundry. We’ve won the hearts of hundreds of thousands of people across Australia and New Zealand not just because we offer a great product, but because we deliver it in a way that will make our customers feel absolutely thrilled about how well they’re doing the ‘adult’ things in life. We have grown our company and our customer base with a nimble and versatile team of marketers, freelance designers / copywriters, performance agencies, and an obsession with great, fun brand work. Now we’re ready to bring a design hand in-house. We’re looking for someone who can take the spark of an idea and roll it out with finesse, human connection and brand polish. In the last 12 months, we’ve: Launched our top performing stain remover under the brand platform “TMI: We don’t believe in it”, which encourages everyone to feel comfortable about the fact that bodies stain. Launched a collaboration with incense brand Gentle Habits, a limited edition version of our Advanced Wash. Built out (but not yet launched) our first artist product collaboration with an indigenous artist from Fitzroy Crossing, which we shot in Broome, WA. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a junior‑mid designer who has strong conceptual thinking and a great design skillset which includes video editing. Your portfolio should demonstrate your curiosity for the latest design trends, as well as your ability to integrate big ideas into well‑thought‑through execution. In this role, you’ll work across all digital mediums from campaign concept to design and rollout. You’ll work closely with the founder, the marketing manager and marketing assistant, as well as a handful of our favourite freelancers. Your monthly tasks might include Collaborating with the team to bring brand and campaign ideas to life Creating moodboards and visual directions for upcoming launches and campaigns Organising campaign and mini content shoots, including sets, shot lists and edits Executing and rolling out assets for our monthly campaigns including landing pages, social media and ads Weekly ideation sessions about new ad and content ideas Coordinating, filming, editing and the people you need for reels and content Designing and editing digital ads Participating in a brand refresh project with a creative agency Helping maintain design systems, templates and brand libraries Managing your time while juggling multiple projects and deadlines Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field 1+ years of experience (agency, freelance, or a portfolio that proves you’ve got the goods) Proficient in Canva, Capcut and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalents) Understanding of social media’s role in storytelling and brand building What you can expect at The Dirt Company A competitive salary to match your experience + super on top A seat at the table in a high growth environment A close working relationship with the CEO and general manager + a GREAT bunch of colleagues Free breakfast and coffee at the office + a free product allowance Steady working hours (8‑4 + breaks, in keep with the warehouse team) Applications Please submit your CV and portfolio. Only successful applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
