Dynapumps is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to develop their project management skills and support our engineering team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic company while contributing to the delivery of multiple small-scale projects. Based in Kenwick (WA) your primary focus will be supporting the execution and delivery of several projects valued between $30K and $200K. You'll work closely with experienced mentors to develop your project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Your strong communication skills will be key to coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. What You’ll Do: Assist in managing multiple small projects concurrently, from initiation to close-out. Coordinate procurement, logistics, and production activities to meet project timelines. Support contractual administration, including correspondence, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Monitor project progress, work-in-progress (WIP), cash flow forecasts, and identify risks. Collaborate with engineering, workshop, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Attend client and supplier meetings, inspections, and reviews as required. Be open to mentorship and ongoing professional development. What You Bring to the Table: Strong written and verbal communication skills. A formal qualification in project management and/or engineering (preferred). Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and adapt project plans and budgets. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with resource, industrial, or engineering sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
