The Opportunity We’re looking for a passionate and driven Brand & Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team and help shape how our brands connect with customers across Australia and New Zealand. In this 12 month fixed term maternity cover position, you’ll play a key part in delivering brand strategy, creating engaging campaigns, and ensuring our marketing activity is consistent, effective and highly impactful. Working across Thermomix®, Kobold® and TheMix Shop®, you will support campaign planning, execution and optimisation, ensuring our brand presence remains strong, relevant and engaging. You’ll collaborate with external creative partners, internal teams and our field sales community to bring our brand moments to life. In this role, you will: Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and brand books Maintain consistent brand assets, including evergreen event and campaign materials Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and driving optimisation Collaborate with creative, design and media agencies to deliver high-quality outputs Support payment partner initiatives and assist in managing incentive programs Create presentations, videos and marketing assets that support meaningful Field engagement Contribute to seasonal editorial plans, marketing planning and post-campaign analysis What we’re looking for: 2+ years’ experience in brand, campaign, or marketing coordination roles, with a degree qualification preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects What’s in it for you?
