Recruitment Consultant - Volume Blue Collar Areputable recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support a major LNG project based in Subiaco. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects in the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions, ensuring timely placement to meet project needs. Develop and maintain talent pools through proactive sourcing strategies, including database management and online platforms. Coordinate and execute screening processes, including interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance. Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless start for successful candidates. Partner with stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Maintain up-to-date records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with project guidelines. Act as the point of contact for workforce-related queries and updates, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and site teams. About You Extensive experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably within oil and gas, construction, or heavy industry projects. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates, clients, and project stakeholders.
