The Role As our Quality Control Officer, you will own the full lifecycle of quality assurance for our new-caravan production line. You’ll be the gate-keeper of excellence: ensuring every build meets our rigorous standards, working alongside manufacturing teams, developing inspection protocols, auditing processes and driving continuous improvement. About the role We have a great opportunity for a motivated Quality Control Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for all quality control and ensure standards are being met before the new caravan is released to Dealers. Qualifications & experience Must have excellent attention to detail Must be able to work with a team and manage people Must have high standards Ability to multitask Must be very organized Must have OH&S awareness Must be computer literate Must be able to work at a fast-passed environment Previous experience in quality control is a must Previous experience in the caravan industry is desired but not essential Tasks & responsibilities Update/create quality controls standards procedure for each area Enforce quality standards, perform the necessary checks and provide immediate feedback Picking up on every detail that is an issue during the line process, not just at the final check off Report any issues to the Production Supervisor in a timely manner to ensure the van is sent to the Dealer on time Ensuring all caravans are quality checked to ensure they are up to standards and go out to Dealers in excellent condition Filling out quality audits Testing operation of appliances and components Final inspection of completed vans, its your responsibility to let these vans go in excellent condition An emerging business set for growth Located in Pakenham - Work close to home Exciting new caravan manufacturing business – Grow with us Please note – Only successful candidates will be contacted, you must have Full Australian Working Rights and relevant Australian working experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
