First-Year Physiotherapist (MSK / Sports) – Subcontractor Location: St Marys, NSWHours: 1–2 days per week (9am–6pm)Pay: 50% commission per clientSetting: Gym-based musculoskeletal clinic About SM Therapy SM Therapy is a growing musculoskeletal and rehabilitation clinic located inside a high‑performance boxing gym in the heart of St Marys. Working with a wide range of clients—from the general population to athletes—we are now expanding our services to include physiotherapy. Why This Role Is Ideal for a First-Year Physio 1. Ongoing Mentoring and Support You will receive regular 1:1 mentoring (weekly or fortnightly), covering assessment, treatment planning, case discussions, and clinical development. You will never feel unsupported in your early career. 2. MSK‑Focused Caseload Work with a variety of presentations including: Musculoskeletal injuries Sports & gym‑related conditions Chronic pain NDIS clients Workers’ Compensation patients Boxing and combat athletes If you are passionate about hands‑on MSK work, this environment is ideal. 3. Step‑by‑Step Support for Provider Registrations We will assist you through the process of obtaining: Medicare Provider Number HICAPS private health fund registration SIRA approval for Workers’ Compensation Clinic location provider number No previous experience is required — you will receive full guidance. 4. Flexible, Gradual Start with Room to Grow Begin with 1–2 days per week , with the option to increase days as your caseload grows. This structure allows you to build confidence at a comfortable pace. 5. Competitive Commission Structure You will receive 50% commission per client , with no rent‑free fees and no hidden costs. 6. Unique Gym‑Based Environment Being located inside a boxing gym offers strong community engagement, consistent foot traffic, and access to an active client base — ideal for building a caseload.
