You will evolve and communicate a compelling vision for the Development and Growth team, ensuring services are future-focused, community-centred, and aligned with Beyond Blue’s strategic objectives. This newly created role will lead a high-performing team, champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and collaborate across the organisation to deliver on ambitious growth and service goals.
