What We’re Looking For We want an Air conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic who: Thrives where high standards are matched with the support to meet them. Brings precision, energy, and problem-solving skills to every job. Has personal and professional goals — and wants to be part of a top-tier team that works together to hit them. Understands that being elite means being accountable — to yourself and to your team. Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic Proficient in diagnosing and repairing split systems, ducted units, and commercial refrigeration equipment Candidates with electrical trade qualification are welcome to apply for this A/C technician position This isn't for everyone — but if you're serious about levelling up, want to be surrounded by high-performers, and are ready to put in the work, this is your shot.
