We are now expanding our team and looking for a sharp, organised, culture‑obsessed Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our campaigns, creator communications, and premium events across 2026, including our upcoming Dinner Club series and luxury venue partnerships. The Role As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our creator‑facing operations. You’ll support our senior team by managing creator outreach, communications, campaign coordination, and event‑based influencer involvement. You’ll help us build meaningful relationships with creators, elevate brand activations, and ensure every campaign runs smoothly, on time, and with Milke‑level execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves influencer culture, aesthetics, and strategy — and wants to grow inside a fast‑trending, luxury‑forward agency. Responsibilities Influencer Sourcing & Curation Discover and shortlist premium creators who align with each project Research new trends, aesthetics and emerging voices in Gen Z creator culture Maintain and update Milke’s internal creator database Campaign Coordination Manage creator outreach, communication and follow‑ups Prepare and send influencer briefs (video, event, content & gifting briefs) Ensure all content is submitted, approved and delivered on time Event Support Assist in creator invitations for events like The Dinner Club Manage RSVPs, attendance confirmations, hosting lists Oversee creator arrival, seating plans and brand alignments Collect content and ensure posting compliance after each event Content & Reporting Save and organise all creator content (Reels, TikToks, photos) Upload content into client folders within 48 hours of posting Monitor campaign reach, engagement and brand mentions Work closely with the Account Manager + Creative Director Support Milke’s internal creative concepts and influencer strategy Contribute ideas, trends, and cultural insights What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram creator culture Excellent communication and organisational skills Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, aesthetic‑led environment Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices Ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines A creative eye and love for visuals, design and events Experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media or events is preferred but not required — passion and initiative matter more.
