ABOUT THE ROLE MESHKI is on an exciting growth trajectory across the United States and we’re looking for an ambitious and highly organised Influencer Coordinator to help us take our US influencer program to the next level. As part of MESHKI’s global Influencer Marketing team, you’ll support day‑to‑day campaign coordination, relationship management, and influencer gifting to help strengthen our brand presence, deliver impactful partnerships and hit key performance targets for the region. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Provide day‑to‑day support across influencer activity, including outreach, briefing, product coordination, content tracking and general administrative tasks. Assist with the growth of MESHKI’s influencer presence, helping to nurture relationships with creators who reflect our aesthetic and brand values. Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to support the execution of regional strategies and ensure campaigns remain aligned across markets. Support monthly KPIs for influencer gifting, including preparing product selections, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring timely follow‑through. Help identify emerging influencers across various tiers to expand MESHKI’s visibility within the Australian market. Coordinate gifting programmes, including delivery logistics, sample tracking and communication with warehouse teams. Assist with the organisation of paid collaborations, including managing deliverables, gathering approvals and updating internal trackers. Contribute to reporting by helping compile performance insights and sharing key learnings with the team. Bring fresh ideas, industry awareness and creator insights to support ongoing innovation within influencer initiatives and brand activations. Provide hands‑on support for events, creator days, content shoots and other ad‑hoc influencer or brand partnership projects. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING Previous experience or internship exposure within influencer marketing, partnerships, PR or social media (fashion experience highly regarded). A genuine interest in creators and the influencer landscape, with strong awareness of talent. Excellent organisational and communication skills, paired with a proactive and positive approach to work. Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
