About the roleOptimised Maintenance is a Maintenance and Asset Management improvement consultancy. We focus on providing structured maintenance improvement which manages risk, develops efficiencies, improves maintenance effectiveness and is safe, practical and best supports the client.We are currently recruiting for
two maintenance planners
to work with our maintenance Reliability Engineers in building LOA strategies for fixed infrastructure and product handling/ yard machines. The role is based in Adelaide and will require some travel.Requirements of the roleThe desired applicant will have proven experience in the following:Proven experience in Maintenance Planning.Develop and improved asset management practice including: maintenance strategies, bill of material, planning, logistics, supply and other technical maintenance improvements.Worked with material handling equipment, in particular processing, equipment and control systemsExperience in copper processingForecasting with maintenance schedules, methods and equipment requirementsHave significant experience in a trades role as well as a maintenance planning and scheduling.Experience in engineering is valued but not essentialHave worked with, critiqued and improved maintenance templates, plans and reviewed schedulesKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting – linking process improvement with business objective. Note: cost reduction, availability or reliability improvement, safety improvement rate improvementApplication of risk based approach to improvement projectsAdvanced knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning softwareMicrosoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Project and Power PointFamiliarity with the use and development of CMMS, building equipment profiles and uploading strategies for operational use.As a note, you will be working as part of a team within Optimised Maintenance – we develop our solutions using all the strengths we have available. This includes a collaborative network in a variety of industries.Overall requirements:Formal trade qualifications. Any additional qualifications in asset improvement, reliability, condition monitoring or similar will be advantageous.5+ years of experience in an planning, scheduling role plus trades experience.Demonstrated ability to qualify and use data to assess, and to then convert that information in to modification projectsGeneral requirements to work on mine site. Currently hold or have the capacity to gain.A Consultant background, with client facing experience is an advantage but not a necessity.Recruiting ProcessFirst step is to submit your resume.
