This role is open for candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive training materials including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides. Create engaging and interactive learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises. Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery. Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments. Stay up to date with the latest features in Microsoft Copilot Pro and evolving instructional design trends to continuously enhance learning outcomes. About you: Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training. Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context. Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats. Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
