Graduate Engineer – Asphalt & Civil Construction We’re seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. This role combines office and site-based experience, with a strong focus on estimating and project support , offering excellent career progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing project estimates, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions. Calculate material, labour, and equipment requirements. Source and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and risks. Support quality assurance and project documentation. Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Candidate Requirements Civil Engineering degree (or similar). Strong interest in estimating, asphalt, and road construction. Willingness to work in varied site and office environments. Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills. Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
