About the Role As a Business Banker at IMB, you’ll: Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance, and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction) Leverage your existing network and referral sources to grow your portfolio Be an active ambassador in the business community, representing a highly respected mutual bank Work closely with direct and broker introduced customers to provide holistic financial solutions Who We’re Looking For Experienced Banker – At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills Natural Networker – A strong personal and professional network in Sydney's South West business community Self‑Starter & Problem Solver – Someone who thrives in an autonomous role with the drive to build a portfolio from a low base Passionate About Helping Businesses – Not just chasing big deals but making a real difference to business owners Aligned with Mutual Bank Values – Excited about working for a client‑first, member‑owned institution How to Apply If you’re ready to escape the corporate grind and be part of a team that values relationships over red tape, we’d love to hear from you Applications close: 19th December 2025.
