Selection Criteria A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in IT A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Experience with network management Know PowerShell Scripting Have experience in working in Data Centre Have advanced level exercise on MySQL and excel for data extraction and troubleshooting Have experience in Citrix infrastructure implementation and development Excellent communication and documentation skills Self-sufficient problem solver Detailed Job Descriptions Operate the master consoles to monitor computer system and network performance and coordinate access and usage of computer network. Maintain and administer computer networks and associated computing environments such as computer hardware, system software, application software, and all network configurations and consolidations. Preparation and maintenance of the process and documentation for network inventory and record detection and troubleshooting process of network defects. To achieve the best performance of the network, troubleshoot network defects and provide solutions that include regular data backups and disaster recovery operations. Investigate, analyse, evaluate, and monitor the company’s network infrastructure to ensure that networks are configured to operate at peak performance. Detect and monitor hardware and software issues and operating system in order to provide recommendations for improving system and network configurations. Administrating and managing Windows servers and Windows workstations: Installation and update, configuration, test, and maintenance of software database application. Plan for the enhancement and any necessary changes in company’s network. Perform periodic network start-up and shut-down processes and maintain control records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
