The Midwifery Manager will be working Monday to Friday and is responsible for the management of the Intrapartum services at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care and efficient use of resources. The services included are the Delivery Ward, Birth Centre and MGP services. For more information, please view Position Description. Ideal Candidate Holds a current unencumbered Midwifery Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Has recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team and to represent the nursing/midwifery service inside and outside the organisation.
