The Role As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development that will be spread over several buildings. You will lead a of 4-5 foreman and drive a collaborative site overseeing all site-based activity, ensuring timelines, safety and quality standards are met. The project has just started and is at bulk excavation / pilling stage so great time to join and drive the project forward. This role will suit someone that lives within travelling distance of the Wollongong region or is happy to relocate. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all site operations to meet programme milestones Deliver a fully operational facility to client expectations Maintain industry-leading safety, quality, and compliance standards Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout delivery Track progress, manage site reporting, and maintain accurate documentation Support and mentor junior team members to strengthen site capability What’s on Offer Salary: $290K – $320K package (commensurate with experience) Rotating Saturday work – negotiated with your team for balance Long-term career opportunities on landmark projects Collaborative team culture and well-structured site support What You’ll Need Trade background and building qualification (preferred) Proven experience independently delivering multiple residential developments valued upwards of $80M Strong planning, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead collaborative teams High attention to detail across safety, systems, and programme Confidence using digital site management tools Why People Join?
