At Advanced Constructions, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Wollongong, Sydney, and Greater NSW. As a privately owned construction company, we specialize in building, formwork, and concrete, and with a strong pipeline of work ahead, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience managing sites on projects up to $20M, along with a minimum Certificate IV in Construction or a related field. The Role As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for site coordination, team leadership, and maintaining safety and quality throughout the build. Key Responsibilities Managing subcontractors and site staff to maintain workflow and high standards. Overseeing site safety and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Scheduling and planning work, collaborating with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator to keep everything on track. Working closely with site and project engineers to problem-solve and maintain quality. Upholding the company’s core values of safety, quality, professionalism, integrity, and sustainability. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager on construction projects up to $20M. Minimum Certificate IV in Construction or a related field. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to drive results on‑site.
