As demand grows across regional, coastal and metropolitan projects, we’re looking for an experienced Estimating Team Leader to guide our development estimating function and support our next stage of growth. Working alongside Construction, Drafting, Procurement and our development partners, you’ll ensure our pricing, processes and outputs continue to support operational accuracy, predictable project delivery and strong commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead & Develop the Estimating Team Mentor, support and guide estimators to deliver on accuracy and timelines Manage workflow, coaching, and monthly performance conversations Build a culture of collaboration, detail and continuous improvement Drive Pricing Accuracy Across All Developments Oversee pricing for all land‑lease and development partner projects Manage supplier pricing updates and maintain accurate Databuild data Lead 6‑monthly pricing rebuilds (products, price lists, options lists) Partner With Construction, Drafting & Suppliers Respond to stakeholder queries within 1 business day Work through design details, variations, engineering changes and spec updates Ensure pricing aligns with build methodology and construction requirements Systems & Process Ownership Maintain and improve Databuild templates, libraries and workflows Produce monthly Databuild reports and support system optimisation Ensure documentation accuracy across all development projects About You You’re a calm, detail‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity, guiding others, and ensuring accuracy and clarity across everything you touch.
