What does the job look like? Our Intermodal Business Unit have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team in Cairns, QLD. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and inspire a high-performing team. Key areas: Engage with customers for invoicing inquiries and basic issue resolution, maintaining strong customer relationships. You'llchampion our Vision Zero commitment while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer revenue transactions, encompassing invoicing, pricing accuracy, and charge adjustments Provide essential administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues efficiently. Prioritise and promote a safe working environment, adhering to safety procedures and actively participating in safety initiatives. Are you the one? Key areas: Prior experience in a Site Manager or similar role within the Transport/Logistics Industry Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills, not only within direct teams but also by influencing broader groups across multiple levels of the organisation Assist with basic HR/IR tasks, including staff rosters, performance feedback, and supporting staff development initiatives.
